Live Your Best Life Christmas Fair

On a freezing, foggy Saturday people from all over Cambridgeshire popped into the warm and beautiful surroundings of Michaelhouse Centre, where The Live Your Best Life team Sam Greenley, Caroline O'Connell and Maria Varallo had organised a Christmas fundraiser that included stalls, holistic therapists and demonstrations.
Maria Varallo commented "We are very happy with the way the day has gone, approximately one hundred and fifty people braved the weather to come and browse, enjoy the demonstrations and talks. We raised more than £1000 of which a proportion will go to Illuminate Charity. A big thank - you to everyone who participated and helped out on the day and the Michaelhouse Centre and its team". Stallholders also generously donated prizes for a free draw, with just over £1000 worth of sessions and goods given away to those that attended.
There was a steady stream of shoppers and people just curious to find out more. The talks and demonstrations ranged from The Alexander Technique, Guided Meditation to a coaching workshop on Your Best Christmas Yet!, with 22 stalls covering well being products and sessions. People combined a trip to the fair with a visit to Michaelhouse café as they stopped and had a bite to eat before stepping out into the freezing weather again.
